Grego and Hanna Montalban Sanchez are the married owners of The Invy Baker, a micro-bakery based out of Inverloch, Australia. A professionally trained chef, Grego bakes and personally delivers his delectable sourdough creations to The Invy Baker’s customers, while Hanna handles marketing for the business. Grego and Hanna live in Inverloch, Australia with their two children.
